Jamie (VanderMass) Kliebert
I am the proud parent of three kids in the district (Allie is in 8th grade, Cason 6th, Kylie 4th) and have been married for 17 years to Trevor. I grew up in Novi, attended Novi K-12 and graduated from Novi HS in 1997. I have a BS in Finance from Miami University, where I graduated Suma Cum Laude and was on the Women's Water Polo team. My professional background is in finance and consulting, most recently working at KPMG as a Director in the Advisory and Consulting group. For the last 9 years, I've dedicated my time and talents to volunteer positions at Novi schools and Girl Scouts. I've been on the PTO Board at Orchard Hills for 8 years, started a non profit to support the school, and started two Girl Scout troops, all of which I'm actively involved in today!

As a Novi graduate, parent and volunteer, I know how important it is to have informed, invested stakeholders helping to guide our decisions.
Supporting our students and families, and building these important connections, has been a priority of mine for years. I would love to help build an Alumni Association to keep our students connected to the district.
Fiscal Responsibility
With a degree in finance, and business experience in consulting, I understand the importance of balanced, but adaptable budgets. We cannot always predict what is coming, but if we have sound policies and budgets in place, we can continue to have a financially viable district. As NCSD hires its fourth Superintendent of Finance in as many years, it is imperative that the board has policies in place so that funds are spent responsibly and recorded accurately. The board will also be asking the community to approve a multimillion dollar bond next year so it is important to ensure our budget is stable and accurate.
Supporting NCSD Staff
Our educators are the district’s biggest asset. We need to provide the best resources, training, and support available to our educators, giving our students the best chance at success. Year after year, NCSD is a top rated place for our students to learn. I'm a huge supporter of our teachers and staff and want to make NCSD a top rated place to work too!
Academic Opportunities
Academics are the cornerstone of any public school district and Novi has continually been a leader in academic performance. Our students are all unique and deserve to have educational opportunities that prepare them to succeed after high school, whether that be in college, trade school, the military or another path.
